1. How soon will I get my order?

All items are shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. We work on business days only (Monday-Friday), so if an order is placed over the weekend please allow additional time for shipping during the weekdays. All orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number is provided as soon as the order ships out. Once an order ships out, please allow 3-5 days for delivery. Please allow additional delivery time during holidays and bad weather.

2. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of your order, your location, and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.

3. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to include international orders in the future.

4. How do you ensure the freshness of your candy during shipping?

We take great care to package our candy securely to maintain their freshness during transit. Depending on the weather conditions, we may include ice packs or insulation to prevent melting or damage.

5. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately with a photo of the damaged items. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether that means issuing a refund, providing a replacement, or offering store credit.

6. Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

7. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer Free Shipping on all orders over $50.

8. What is your return policy for shipped items?

Due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns for shipped items. However, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
